In Borgarnes, only a few minutes drive from the Lodge, you will find charming cafés and restaurants serving food prepared with the freshest locally sourced produce available. In town you can also go for a swim in the local swimming pool, shop for groceries, visit the pharmacy, fill up your tank or just take a nice stroll through town.
